Mr. Durden has represented hundreds of accused individuals from arraignment to trial in courts throughout Massachusetts.  

 

Mr. Durden received his Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School in 2002 where he was a Harry N. Wyatt Scholar and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics, magna cum laude, from Northeastern University in 1998.


He is admitted to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, and the United States Tax Court.  He also has experience with cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court.
