Mr. Durden has over 20 years of experience practicing law in Massachusetts.
In his criminal defense practice he represents individuals in the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts from arraignment to trial. He has experience with cases involving homicide, assault to murder, rape, armed robbery, drug trafficking, drug possession, drug distribution, gun possession, 209A violations, larceny, kidnapping, and other criminal offenses.
Mr. Durden received his Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics, magna cum laude, from Northeastern University.
He is admitted to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, and the United States Tax Court. He also has experience with cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
